Site Assessment
Safeport visits your property at no charge, assesses your security needs, identifies vulnerable points, and evaluates which of your existing staff is best suited for the InGuard role. No obligation.
Training
Your selected employee undergoes a structured Safeport training programme — delivered on-site at your property and supported online. Training covers security procedures, patrol discipline, loss prevention, incident reporting, and how to use the SafeGuard Integrity monitoring system.
Equipment and Checkpoint Setup
Safeport installs patrol checkpoints across your property — physical scan points the InGuard officer checks on every patrol. The officer uses their own smartphone or a company phone with the SafeGuard Integrity app installed. No specialist hardware required.
Monitoring and Support
From the first monitored patrol, SafeGuard Integrity tracks your officer's activity — GPS-verified check-ins, patrol compliance records, daily activity reports, and incident logs. You receive management reports. Safeport is your support line when issues arise.

When a neighbouring property or nearby business joins the same Safeport InGuard patrol zone, both clients benefit from reduced patrol costs. Safeport's patrol officer covers multiple properties in one efficient run — and the savings are shared with every client in the zone.

Referral rewards are capped at three months of free monitoring per client per calendar year. Each reward activates after the referred client completes their first full paid month.
What You Need
No specialist hardware required.
Your InGuard officer uses their own smartphone or a company-provided phone with the SafeGuard Integrity app installed. Any Android or iOS device with mobile data is sufficient. Safeport handles the app setup and configuration during the onboarding process.
Patrol checkpoints are installed by Safeport at your property during setup. These are the only physical items installed on site.
