Unique to Safeport · SafeGuard Integrity Programme
SafeGuard Integrity Programme
Independent, GPS-verified proof that your security is actually being performed — whether by Safeport or any other provider.
How It Works
An Assurance Layer — Not a Command Layer
Site Assessment
Safeport visits the property, maps patrol checkpoints, and establishes the verification baseline.
Checkpoint Installation
QR or NFC scan points are installed at key locations across the site.
Verification Patrols
Safeport officers conduct patrols, scanning each checkpoint and generating GPS-tagged, timestamped records.
Reporting
Regular reports are compiled and delivered to management, boards, or insurers documenting full coverage evidence.

Questions Answered
Frequently Asked Questions
Can SafeGuard Integrity monitor a security company we did not hire through Safeport?
Yes — that is precisely what SafeGuard Integrity is designed for. It is an independent verification layer that works alongside your existing security provider, whoever they are. We verify, document, and report; we do not need to be your guard provider to do it.
What happens if a patrol checkpoint is missed?
A missed checkpoint is automatically logged as a documented exception in your report — nothing is smoothed over or hidden. That is the entire point of an independent verification layer: gaps in coverage are recorded, not concealed.
How are reports delivered?
Regular reports are compiled from your GPS-verified patrol data and delivered to management, boards, or insurers on the schedule agreed at your site assessment — as often as your governance or compliance needs require.
Is there a minimum contract period?
Our standard agreement requires a minimum of 3 months, consistent with our other services. After the initial period, monitoring continues month to month.
What technology does the officer use on patrol?
A smartphone — either the officer's own device or a company-provided phone — running the SafeGuard Integrity app, scanning the QR or NFC checkpoints installed at your property. No specialist hardware is required.
