1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging the services of Safeport Security Services Limited, accessing our website, or entering into a service contract with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Safeport provides professional security services including guard management, security assessments, event security, concierge security, home away programmes, and the SafeGuard Integrity programme. All services are subject to a formal written agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate site information and access to enable service delivery
• Notify Safeport promptly of any changes to site conditions or risk levels
• Pay all agreed fees on time as stipulated in the service contract
• Not interfere with Safeport personnel in a manner inconsistent with the agreed scope

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued per the payment schedule in the service agreement. Overdue accounts may incur interest charges and result in suspension of services.

5. Liability

Safeport will perform its services with reasonable care and professionalism. Liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the monthly service fee paid by the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the service relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice as stipulated in the contract. Safeport reserves the right to immediately suspend services in the event of non-payment or breach of contract.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Safeport website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Safeport Security Services Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
